What is AnonUpload?

AnonUpload is an anonymous file sharing and self-hosted service, written in PHP and designed with privacy in mind. It allows you to upload a file and obtain a download link, without registration, while hiding the real name of the file to avoid exposing its content or origin.

Its unique feature is being database-free: the application remains lightweight, easy to deploy and simple to back up. It runs in pure PHP on any web server (Nginx, Apache, LiteSpeed) and offers settings for allowed file types, maximum size and link retention period.

Yes for the uploader: no account is required and the real file name is hidden in the public link. You retain control over retention periods and access.

How long are files kept?

You set the link lifespan and expiration policy. Beyond that, files may be automatically purged to limit your exposure.

Where is the data hosted?

On DINAO's infrastructure in France, in one of the available datacenters. Your files never leave the country.

Do I need technical skills?
