Frequently asked questions

How much does a personal Nextcloud cost at DINAO?

From €9.90 excl. VAT per month with the Discovery container: 1 vCPU, 2 GB of memory and 20 GB of storage. If you need more space, the Standard, Performance and Intensive tiers go up to 160 GB.

Can I host Nextcloud myself?

Yes: Nextcloud is free software that can be installed on a NAS, a Raspberry Pi or a rented server. You then have to handle security updates, backups and access from the Internet yourself. DINAO hosting takes this off your hands.

Where is my data stored?

In France, on DINAO's infrastructure, not with an American cloud provider.

What is the difference between the container and the private server?
