What is Zammad?
Zammad is an open-source customer support and helpdesk software that centralizes all requests into a unified ticket queue. Email, web forms, chat, phone and social media (Facebook, X/Twitter) converge into a single interface, ensuring consistent and traceable tracking of every interaction.
The tool offers a public and internal knowledge base, assignment rules, triggers and automation macros, SLA management with escalation, as well as customizable reports and dashboards. Full-text search and complete history facilitate the work of agents.
For enterprise use, Zammad manages SSO / OIDC and LDAP / Active Directory authentication, relies on PostgreSQL and deploys via Docker. Hosted by DINAO in France, it keeps your customers' communications and personal data safe from foreign support SaaS platforms.
