FAQ

You might be wondering…

Do I need to know how to code to use ToolJet?

Not essentially: screen assembly is done via drag-and-drop. A little JavaScript allows you to go further (transformations, conditional logic), but it is not essential for common tools.

Does my data go through an external cloud?

No. ToolJet runs on your DINAO instance and connects to your databases and APIs internally. Only connectors that you explicitly configure to external services leave the perimeter.

Where is the data hosted?

On DINAO's infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Your applications and their data do not leave the territory.

Are technical skills required?

DINAO manages installation, PostgreSQL, SSO, security, and updates. Your teams focus on creating applications via the visual interface.

Can I change my plan or export my applications?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; your applications and data remain exportable — no proprietary lock-in.
