What is Solidtime?
Solidtime is a modern time tracking application designed for freelances and agencies, with a level of polish comparable to top commercial SaaS like Toggl or Clockify. It allows you to track time spent, manage projects, tasks, and clients, apply billable rates, and generate clear reports for billing.
Designed for team collaboration, it supports multiple organizations, roles and permissions, as well as detailed reporting per member. Import from Toggl and Clockify (CSV) makes migration easy. The ecosystem is complete: web interface, desktop applications (macOS, Windows, Linux), and a browser extension to start a timer with one click.
Technically, Solidtime is built on Laravel (PHP) on the server side and Vue.js on the client side, and deploys in containers. It is the free, sovereign, and cost-effective alternative to proprietary time tracking tools, with no per-user subscription.
