Wekan is an open-source collaborative Kanban board, a sovereign alternative to Trello. It allows you to organize projects and tasks as cards distributed across lists (columns), which you move by drag-and-drop as they progress.

Each card can have labels, task lists, deadlines, priorities, comments, and attachments. Collaboration happens in real time among multiple members, with an activity feed, swimlanes, templates, and automation rules. Wekan supports SSO/OIDC and LDAP authentication as well as fine-grained role management, and offers Trello board import.

Built on Meteor/Node.js with MongoDB and designed for self-hosting, Wekan deploys as a Docker container — perfect for a managed offering by DINAO with HTTPS, backups, and monitoring.
