What is Restreamer?
Restreamer is an open source live video streaming server that allows you to broadcast and restream from your own infrastructure, without license fees or dependency on a third-party platform. It receives an RTMP or SRT stream from your encoder (OBS, camera, box) and publishes it in HLS via an embeddable web player.
Its key feature is multi-platform restreaming : from a single incoming stream, Restreamer redistributes your live broadcast to multiple RTMP destinations simultaneously — YouTube, Twitch, Facebook and others — from a single control point. It relies on FFmpeg, but hides all the complexity behind a clear web interface.
You configure your inputs, outputs and customizable player without touching the command line, and integrate the output directly into your site. Managed by DINAO, Restreamer is installed, maintained and monitored on a French infrastructure, with bandwidth management, backups and updates included.
