What is Redmine?

Redmine is a mature and proven open source web application for project management and ticket tracking. It allows you to manage multiple projects and sub-projects, with highly configurable task, bug, and request tracking: workflows, statuses, priorities, custom fields, and fine-grained roles per project.

Beyond ticketing, Redmine offers Gantt charts, calendars, milestones, and time tracking with reports, as well as integrated collaboration tools: wiki, forums, document management, and project-based notifications. The integration with Git/SVN version control and a repository viewer make it a favorite tool for technical teams.

Its ecosystem of plugins (Agile/Scrum, CRM, billing, etc.) allows you to adapt Redmine to virtually any process, without per-user licensing. Managed by DINAO in France, it keeps your project data on French territory, GDPR compliant, behind HTTPS access, with backups and updates ensured.
