What is Plex?
Plex is a personal media server platform that centralizes all your content — movies, series, music, and photos — to easily stream them across all your devices. The Plex Media Server, installed on your machine, indexes your files, automatically enriches your collection with covers, summaries, and metadata, and provides a polished, unified interface.
Its strength lies in its comprehensive ecosystem of applications: Plex is available on smartphones, tablets, computers, connected TVs, consoles, and streaming boxes, allowing access everywhere and on any device. The platform also offers free streaming content (movies, series, live TV) and discovery tools, positioning itself as a true unified entertainment hub.
Note: Plex is proprietary (closed source) software, published by Plex, Inc. It is not open source and does not have a public GitHub repository, unlike free alternatives such as Jellyfin.

No for usage: Plex is ready to use. DINAO manages installation, the server, security, and updates. You simply add your media.
