What is Listmonk?
Listmonk is a free, self-hosted newsletter and mass email campaign manager, renowned for its performance. Written in Go and backed by PostgreSQL, it manages lists that can reach very large contact volumes and sends messages via one or more SMTP servers, with parallel queues.
It covers the entire email marketing cycle: simple or double opt-in lists, powerful segmentation (SQL queries), HTML templates, scheduled campaigns, A/B testing, transactional emails, open/click/bounce tracking. A complete REST API and webhooks allow you to add contacts from your forms and integrate sending into your applications.
Its key advantage: unlike SaaS platforms billed per contact, self-hosted Listmonk at DINAO offers a fixed infrastructure cost, while keeping your subscriber lists — sensitive personal data — in France, with consent management and GDPR compliance.

Listmonk manages campaigns, lists, and rendering, then hands off emails to one or more SMTP servers (yours, or a relay like Amazon SES). DINAO helps you configure deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
