What is Linkding?
Linkding is a self-hosted bookmark manager designed for simplicity, speed, and minimal Docker deployment. Built on Django, it offers a clean and readable interface to organize, archive, and share your links.
It automatically fetches titles, descriptions, and favicons for saved sites, offers a true read-it-later feature, tags, Markdown notes, and batch editing. Page archiving (local HTML or Internet Archive) ensures your links remain accessible over time.
Linkding integrates everywhere: browser extensions (Firefox, Chrome), bookmarklet, installable PWA, SSO via OIDC authentication, REST API, and HTML Netscape import/export. It is a sovereign and no-frills alternative to cloud bookmark services.
