Your short links, on your domain, in France
A modern URL shortener powered by Kutt, installed and maintained by DINAO. Your links, your click statistics, and your data remain on our French servers — far from US ad networks.
What is Kutt?
Kutt is a modern open-source URL shortener that gives you complete control over your short links. Instead of relying on a public service like Bitly, you distribute links on your own domain, with custom aliases and comprehensive tracking.
The interface allows you to create links in seconds, protect them with a password, set an expiration date, and view real-time statistics on clicks, browsers, countries, and referrers. A complete REST API automates the entire process for integration into your campaigns, applications, or internal tools.
Designed for teams, Kutt manages multiple domains, user accounts with roles, and API keys. Lightweight and fast, it deploys as a Docker container and integrates naturally into a sovereign infrastructure — your link and visitor data never leave your instance.

Technical details
You might be wondering…
How does Kutt differ from Bitly?
Kutt is self-hosted: your links and statistics stay with you, on your domain. No imposed quota or data resale, and a fixed cost instead of a subscription per feature.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You distribute your short links on your brand domain, with automatic HTTPS. You can manage multiple domains depending on your plan.
Where is click data hosted?
On DINAO's infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. No visitor data is sent to a third party.
Is there an API for automation?
Yes. Kutt provides a REST API to create, modify, and track your links from your own tools, scripts, or integrations.
Can I change plans or export my links?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your links and statistics remain exportable — no proprietary lock-in.
