What is Jellyseerr (Seerr)?
Jellyseerr (from the Seerr / Overseerr family) is an open-source application that transforms your media library into a true on-demand service. Your users search for movies and series, submit their requests and track their availability, while you approve and organize everything from a clear and responsive interface.
Compatible with Jellyfin, Plex and Emby, Jellyseerr leverages your existing accounts and synchronizes your libraries to only offer what is truly missing. Paired with Sonarr and Radarr, it automates end-to-end content acquisition, with fine-grained permissions, watchlists and numerous notification agents.
Managed by DINAO, your instance is hosted in France, GDPR compliant and fully supervised: installation, HTTPS, backups and updates included. You retain full control over your data and users, without relying on an American service.

What is the difference between Seerr, Jellyseerr and Overseerr?
Overseerr was the historical tool reserved for Plex. Jellyseerr is its active fork that adds support for Jellyfin and Emby. The Seerr project now unites these two lineages into a single application that manages all three servers. At DINAO, we deploy the Jellyseerr implementation, the most complete and up-to-date.
Do I need to host my Jellyfin/Plex/Emby server with DINAO as well?
No, this is not mandatory. Jellyseerr connects to your media server wherever it is, as long as it is reachable. You can of course host everything with DINAO to benefit from 100% French infrastructure, fully supervised.
Do my users and their requests remain confidential?
Yes. Accounts, request history, watchlists and preferences are stored in your instance's database, hosted in our French datacenter. Nothing is transmitted to a third-party service, and everything complies with GDPR.
How do automatic downloads work?
You connect Jellyseerr to your Sonarr and Radarr instances. When a request is approved, it is automatically forwarded to the relevant tool, which retrieves the content, organizes it and adds it to your library. Your users track progress directly from the portal.
Who handles installation and updates?
DINAO manages everything: deployment of the Docker container, HTTPS configuration with your domain, backups and application of Jellyseerr updates. You have a ready-to-use and supervised instance, with no technical manipulation on your side.
