What is CheckCle?

CheckCle is an open-source self-hosted monitoring platform designed for real-time tracking of systems, applications, and infrastructure. It serves as an alternative to UptimeRobot, PagerDuty, and Better Stack, offering uptime monitoring for servers and services, incident management, and multi-channel alerts.

It monitors HTTP, DNS, Ping protocols and TCP-based services (FTP, SMTP, API…), tracking availability details, response times, and performance issues. It also provides SSL and domain monitoring (issuer, expiration date, days remaining, status).

CheckCle allows you to schedule maintenance, manage incidents, publish operational status pages, and send notifications via email, Telegram, Discord, and Slack. Based on Go and licensed under MIT, it deploys easily via Docker.

Yes. CheckCle is an open-source, self-hosted alternative to UptimeRobot, PagerDuty, and Better Stack: uptime monitoring, incident management, and multi-channel alerts, but on your French servers.

What types of services can I monitor?

HTTP, DNS, Ping, TCP, and application services (FTP, SMTP, API…). CheckCle tracks response time, availability, and performance issues, and also monitors SSL certificates and domain expiration.

How am I alerted in case of an outage?

Via email, Telegram, Discord, or Slack, depending on your configuration. You can also manage incidents and schedule maintenance to inform your teams and customers.
