Your private social network, hosted in France
🔒 Solo VPSThe social network of your community powered by Misskey, installed and maintained by DINAO. Feed, messages and interactions remain on our French servers — federated but sovereign.
Cos'è Misskey ?
Misskey is a decentralized social network platform and open-source, built on the ActivityPub protocol. Your instance can thus communicate with the entire fediverse — with Mastodon at the forefront — while remaining entirely under your control. The feed remains chronological, without advertising algorithms or attention capture.
Misskey stands out for its rich functionality and customization: custom emoji reactions, MFM (advanced note formatting), integrated file Drive, feeds (filtered timelines), pages, widgets, themes and brand colors. It is one of the most expressive and configurable fediverse software.
Technically, Misskey relies on Node.js, PostgreSQL and Redis, with a queue for federation. DINAO handles the installation, supervision of these components and updates, so you can focus on your community.

Can I customize the appearance?
Yes, extensively. Themes, brand colors, custom emojis, widgets and pages: Misskey is one of the most customizable fediverse software.
Where are data and media hosted?
On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Notes, accounts and files do not leave the territory.
Is there advertising or a hidden algorithm?
No. Misskey is free software: no advertising, no opaque algorithm or data resale. The feed remains chronological and controlled.
Who manages moderation?
DINAO ensures technical operation and provides moderation tools. Content moderation policy remains under your control as instance administrator.
