What is Your Spotify?

Your Spotify is a self-hosted application that collects and analyzes your Spotify listening history to present it as detailed statistical dashboards. While the official annual summary only shows a snapshot, Your Spotify retains an unlimited history and allows you to explore your habits over time.

After connecting your account via OAuth, the tool continuously retrieves your listens and calculates rankings for artists, tracks, and albums by period, total listening time, frequencies, and time-based distributions. The application is multi-user: each user connects their own account and has their own private dashboard.

Built around a Node.js backend and a MongoDB database, Your Spotify deploys easily via Docker. Your listening data remains under your control, without relying on a third-party statistics aggregator.

How does it collect my listens?

You connect your Spotify account via OAuth: Your Spotify then continuously retrieves your listens and logs them on your instance, without duration limits unlike the official annual summary.

Does Spotify know I'm using this tool?

Your Spotify uses the official Spotify read-only API. Your analyzed history is stored with DINAO and is not shared with any third-party service.

Where are the data hosted?

On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Your music history never leaves the territory.

Can I connect multiple accounts?

Yes. A single instance manages multiple users, each connecting their own Spotify account and having a private dashboard.

Can I change plans or export my data?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your data remains exportable — no proprietary lock-in.
