Your team's Postman, hosted in France
A collaborative API development environment powered by Yaade, installed and maintained by DINAO. Share your API collections with your team — on your own server, securely.
What is Yaade?
Yaade is an open-source API development environment, self-hosted and collaborative. It was created as an alternative to Postman designed for sharing: API collections can be easily exchanged between team members, from your own server.
Designed from the ground up with self-hosting and security in mind, Yaade keeps sensitive request information on your infrastructure. It offers flexible authentication via OAuth2 and OIDC to connect to an external identity provider, and uses a browser extension (Chrome, Firefox) as a proxy to allow requests subject to CORS restrictions.
The web app is built with TypeScript, React, and Vite, its Kotlin backend relies on an H2 file database, and the whole thing deploys in a single Docker container — perfect for a managed offering by DINAO with HTTPS, backups, and monitoring.

Technical details
You might be wondering…
Is Yaade a Postman alternative?
Yes. Yaade is a self-hosted API development environment, created as an alternative to Postman, that facilitates sharing API collections between team members.
Are my API secrets secure?
Yes. Yaade was designed from the start with security and self-hosting in mind: sensitive request information remains stored on your own server hosted in France.
How does collaboration work?
Yaade is multi-user: API collections can be shared among teammates, and OAuth2/OIDC authentication allows you to connect your corporate identity provider.
Why a browser extension?
Yaade uses a browser extension (Chrome or Firefox) as a proxy to allow requests subject to CORS restrictions, which expands the range of APIs testable from the web interface.
Where is the data hosted?
On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available datacenters. Your data never leaves the territory.
