Wizarr is an advanced invitation and user management system for self-hosted media servers: Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, but also Audiobookshelf, Romm, Komga and Kavita. Its principle is simple: you create a unique invitation link and share it; the user is then automatically added to your media server, and guided through an onboarding journey (installing apps, accessing the query system…), without having to handle server addresses.

The invitation flow supports optional passwords, expiration dates, user limits and single-use invitations, to keep control of your library without micro-management. Wizarr manages multiple servers from a single dashboard and allows you to customize each onboarding step in Markdown.

Advanced features complement the suite: automatic cleanup of inactive or expired accounts, multi-level access, SSO and Discord invitations, for a flexible and secure invitation workflow.
