What is Wingfit?

Wingfit is a open source and minimalist training tracking application, designed to plan your sessions, track your personal records and leverage smartwatch data. Deliberately clean and distraction-free, it is aimed at serious athletes who want a clear interface rather than a bloated platform.

The app allows you to create and customize programs, log sets, reps, loads, distances, times, rest periods and notes, and provides a chronological view of your history to spot trends and maintain consistency. It handles custom exercises, progressive overload, and analysis of volume, intensity, and frequency.

On the technical side, Wingfit offers an open API, data export (including SQLite), offline mode, multi-user support, OIDC authentication with 2FA, and local storage of all health data, with no sharing to any third-party service.
