What is Warracker?

Warracker is a self-hosted warranty tracking application. It centralizes all your warranties — purchase dates, duration, conditions — and retains associated documents: invoices, receipts, manuals, and photos. No more lost receipts on the day a device breaks down.

Its main advantage is prevention: Warracker sends proactive alerts before each deadline, via email and through more than 100 notification services (Discord, Slack…). It also handles claims with status tracking, offers tags, archiving, and CSV import/export.

Designed for shared use, it offers multi-user management with roles and permissions, OIDC SSO, over 20 languages (including RTL), and Paperless-ngx integration. Built on Python/Flask and PostgreSQL, hosted in France by DINAO, Warracker keeps your proof of purchases organized and under your control.

How does Warracker notify me of a deadline?

Warracker sends proactive alerts before each warranty expires, via email and through more than 100 notification services (Discord, Slack, etc.). You choose the advance notice period.

Can I store my invoices and receipts?

Yes. Each warranty can be accompanied by documents: invoices, receipts, manuals, photos. A Paperless-ngx integration is also available for your document archives.

Where are the data hosted?

On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Your purchase documents never leave the territory.

Is it usable by multiple people?

Yes. Warracker is multi-user with roles and permissions, and supports OIDC SSO. Ideal for a family or an SME managing an equipment fleet.

Can I change my plan or export my data?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your data remains exportable (CSV) — no proprietary lock-in.
