Tunarr transforms your Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby media library into true live TV channels, with continuous programming and optional vintage commercials. Hosted in France by DINAO and streamed via IPTV.
What is Tunarr?
Tunarr allows you to recreate a classic television experience from your own media library. Specifically, it acts as a scheduling and streaming layer on top of your existing media server — Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, or local files/NFO — to turn your movies and series into true live TV channels.
You create channel lineups, insert filler content (vintage commercials, clips, theme songs) to recreate the atmosphere of a real broadcast, and manage playback preferences. Streaming is done via M3U playlists or by emulating an HDHomeRun tuner, making the channels compatible with Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, and IPTV players like TiviMate or UHF.
Tunarr supports hardware-accelerated transcoding to optimize streaming across all devices. Deployed by DINAO in a Docker container, it is hosted in France, backed up, and maintained for you — all you have to do is zap.

How does Tunarr create TV channels?
It leverages your existing media library (Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, or local files) to create continuous programming lineups, then streams them as live channels to your players.
What devices can I watch my channels on?
Add the HDHomeRun tuner emulated by Tunarr to Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby, or grab the M3U URL for any IPTV player (TiviMate, UHF, etc.).
Do I need a media server already?
Tunarr is an overlay: it schedules and streams content from your existing Plex/Jellyfin/Emby. It does not store your media; it orchestrates its streaming.
Why an offer with a GPU?
Streaming multiple channels simultaneously may require real-time transcoding. A dedicated GPU (Enterprise offer) accelerates this processing to smooth out multiple parallel streams.
Where is my instance hosted?
On DINAO infrastructure in France, in a dedicated and isolated container. Your configuration and viewing habits are not sold.
