From a few agents to an unlimited number depending on the chosen tier. Unlike SaaS billed per agent and per month, you pay a fixed hosting price regardless of your number of users.
Does Trudesk handle incoming emails in tickets?
Yes, Trudesk can transform incoming emails into tickets and notify your customers. DINAO configures the messaging and notifications during setup.
Where are the data hosted?
On the DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available datacenters. Tickets and customer exchanges do not leave the territory.
Are technical skills required?
No for usage: agents and administrators work from the web interface. DINAO manages the installation, MongoDB, potential Elasticsearch, security, and updates.
Can I change plans or export my data?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your tickets remain exportable — no proprietary lock-in.
