One SQL query, all your data
A distributed SQL query engine powered by Trino, installed and maintained by DINAO. Query databases, data lakes, and files with a single SQL query, without moving your data — all hosted in France.
What is Trino?
Trino is a distributed SQL query engine, open source and highly performant, designed for analytics on large data volumes. Its strength: executing a single federated SQL query across heterogeneous sources — relational databases, object storage, data lakes, message queues — without having to copy or move data into a centralized warehouse.
Its coordinator / workers architecture distributes computation across multiple nodes, enabling the processing of terabytes of data with excellent response times. Trino features a rich catalog of connectors (PostgreSQL, MySQL, S3, Hive, Kafka, and many others) and supports open table formats of the modern lakehouse: Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, and Hudi.
Compatible with JDBC/ODBC, it integrates naturally with your business intelligence tools and data notebooks. Deployed as a Docker cluster, managed and scaled by DINAO and hosted in France, Trino becomes the foundation of a sovereign analytics platform, with no proprietary lock-in or dependency on foreign clouds.

Technical details
You might be wondering…
What exactly is Trino?
Trino is a distributed SQL query engine, open source, designed to query very large volumes of data distributed across heterogeneous sources — without having to move them into a single warehouse.
What sources can I query?
Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL…), object storage (S3), Hive, Kafka, and many other connectors. A single query can join multiple sources simultaneously.
Does Trino replace my database?
No. Trino is not a database: it is a query engine that connects to your existing sources for analytics. Your data stays where it is.
Can I connect my BI tools?
Yes. Trino exposes JDBC/ODBC connections compatible with most business intelligence tools and data notebooks.
How is the cluster sized?
DINAO sizes the coordinator and workers based on your volumes and concurrency, and adjusts tuning over time. You can change tiers at any time.
