Control your connected devices from a sovereign platform
ThingsBoard collects, stores and visualizes data from your IoT sensors and equipment on real-time dashboards. Installed, supervised and hosted in France by DINAO — your industrial data stays with you.
What is ThingsBoard?
ThingsBoard is an open source IoT platform for collecting, storing, visualizing and managing data from connected devices. It allows you to connect your devices via standard IoT protocols — MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, LwM2M — and centralize their telemetry on a single platform.
Its key strength is the creation of real-time dashboards entirely by drag-and-drop: charts, maps, gauges and controls are assembled without writing code, then shared with your teams or customers. A powerful rule engine triggers alarms, notifications and automatic actions as soon as a condition is met.
Designed to scale, the platform is multi-tenant, manages provisioning and supervision of a large fleet of devices, and relies on time-series databases (PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, Cassandra). An IoT gateway opens the door to industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, BACnet), for use cases ranging from smart buildings to Industry 4.0.

Technical details
You might be wondering…
Which protocols can my devices use?
ThingsBoard natively supports MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, LwM2M and SNMP. Via the IoT gateway, you can also connect industrial equipment using Modbus, OPC-UA or BACnet.
Do I need to know how to program to create a dashboard?
No. Dashboards are built by drag-and-drop of widgets (charts, maps, gauges). For advanced cases, the rule engine and REST API remain available for your developers.
How many devices can I connect?
From a few dozen on the Discovery plan to several thousand, or even at scale on the Enterprise plan with dedicated time-series storage (TimescaleDB/Cassandra).
Where is my sensor data stored?
On DINAO infrastructure in France. Your telemetry, alarms and history never leave the country — an asset for sensitive industrial data.
Can I give access to my own customers?
Yes. ThingsBoard is multi-tenant: you create isolated customer spaces and share dedicated dashboards with them, ideal for offering a white-label IoT service.
