Yes. Teable relies on PostgreSQL : your data remains in an open standard, queryable directly via SQL, without vendor lock-in.
Can workflows be automated?

Where is the data hosted?
On the DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Your databases never leave the country.
