What is Spoolman?
Spoolman is a self-hosted web service designed to efficiently manage the inventory of your 3D printing filament spools and track their usage. For each spool, you record the material, color, manufacturer, remaining weight, and price, keeping a clear and centralized view of your entire stock.
Its key strength lies in its native integrations : Spoolman connects to OctoPrint, Moonraker, Mainsail, Fluidd, KlipperScreen and Home Assistant to automatically deduct consumed material with each print. You know in real time what remains on each spool and what each part truly costs.
Lightweight and exposing a REST API, Spoolman relies on SQLite or PostgreSQL and integrates easily into an automation chain. Ideal for makers as well as workshops and fablabs managing multiple printers.

As many as you want. You record each spool with its material, color, manufacturer, weight, and price, for precise tracking of your stock and costs.

Where is the data hosted?
On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Your inventory never leaves the country.
Can I export my inventory?
Yes. A REST API allows you to export and automate your data. No proprietary lock-in: you remain in control of your inventory.
