What is slskd?
slskd is a modern and headless client (client-server architecture) for the Soulseek file-sharing network. The backend runs as a daemon or in a Docker container, maintaining a permanent connection to the network, while a responsive web interface allows you to manage everything from your browser: search, share browsing, transfers, chat rooms, and private messages.
Designed for flexibility, it separates the backend and frontend and exposes a complete HTTP API, ideal for automation and integration into existing tooling. It includes all the essential features of the official Soulseek client, in a remote-accessible server version.
DINAO hosts it in France in an isolated container, accessible 24/7 via HTTPS, with authentication, updates, configuration backups, and network connection monitoring. The use of exchanged files is your sole responsibility, in compliance with applicable law.

Is access secure?
Yes. The interface is served via HTTPS on your domain, protected by authentication, and can be restricted by IP. The instance is isolated in its own container.
What is my responsibility for the exchanged content?
