What is Sim Studio?
Sim Studio is an open source AI agent and workflow builder, designed to quickly assemble and deploy automations powered by language models. Its Figma-inspired canvas interface allows anyone to connect blocks — models, tools, logic, triggers — without writing code, while still allowing for advanced customization.
The platform supports self-hosted models (Ollama, vLLM) as well as external APIs, integrates a copilot and vector databases for RAG, and connects to numerous services : Slack, Gmail, Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Airtable and many more. Webhooks and APIs allow you to trigger your agents from your own tools.
Self-hostable via Docker, Sim Studio is ideal for building internal assistants, business automations, and agents connected to your information system. In the managed version by DINAO, connected to local models, it becomes a truly sovereign AI agent factory.

This application uses AI
The container hosts the application, not the AI engine (which requires dedicated GPUs) : inference is handled externally, with your own provider key. Prioritize a sovereign engine — Mistral AI, NumSpot, Scaleway, or OVHcloud AI Endpoints (France, GDPR) ; an international provider (OpenAI, Anthropic…) only if a specific capability requires it. Inference subscriptions are not included in hosting.

What is Sim Studio for?
Sim Studio is a visual builder for AI agents and workflows. On a drag-and-drop canvas, you assemble blocks (models, tools, logic, triggers) to automate tasks with AI, without coding.
Can I use my own models?
Yes. Sim Studio connects to local models served by Ollama or vLLM on your instance, or to external APIs via your key. In local mode, your data never leaves the server.
Where is data hosted?
On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available datacenters. Your workflows and executions never leave the territory.
Do I need technical skills?
No for building agents: the interface is visual. DINAO handles installation, GPU, security and updates; a technical team can exploit the API and advanced integrations.
Can I change plans or export my work?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your workflows remain exportable — Sim Studio is open source, with no proprietary lock-in.
