Your personal bookmarks, hosted in France
A minimalist link manager powered by Shaarli, installed and maintained by DINAO. Save, tag, and share your links — your favorites stay on our French servers.
What is Shaarli?
Shaarli is a personal bookmark manager, minimalist and open source, written in PHP. Designed to be fast and lightweight, it allows you to save, tag, annotate, and retrieve your links, in public or strictly private mode, without a heavy database since it stores its data in a simple flat file.
Beyond simple saving, Shaarli offers full-text search, RSS/ATOM feeds, a bookmarklet to save a page with one click, browser favorites import, and a plugins and themes system to adapt it to your needs. A REST API and third-party mobile apps complete the ecosystem.
Ideal for personal or team monitoring, Shaarli gives you back control over your interests: your links are not used to profile you. Hosted by DINAO in France, it becomes a sovereign, simple, and durable link vault.

Technical details
You might be wondering…
What is Shaarli used for?
Shaarli is a personal and minimalist bookmark manager. You save your links with tags, notes, and search, in private or public mode, to organize your monitoring.
Are my links private?
Yes. Each link can be public or private. Your instance is isolated and hosted in France: your link history does not feed any advertising profile.
Where are the data hosted?
On the DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Your links and notes do not leave the territory.
Can I use it easily on a daily basis?
Yes. A bookmarklet allows you to save a link with one click from your browser, and third-party mobile apps connect to it via the API. DINAO handles installation and updates.
Can I import my existing favorites and export my data?
Yes. Shaarli imports favorites in Netscape format (browser export) and allows you to export your links at any time, without proprietary lock-in.
