ServerStatus is an open-source monitoring probe that displays the status of all your servers on a single lightweight web page. For each machine, you view in real time the CPU, memory, network traffic, system load, and uptime. It's an excellent way to publish a clear dashboard of your infrastructure, internally or for your users.
Where are my monitoring data hosted?
Exclusively in France, on DINAO's sovereign infrastructure. The metrics reported by your servers do not transit through any American or extra-European cloud. The entire setup is GDPR compliant, making it a solution suitable for government agencies, SMEs, and actors sensitive to digital sovereignty.
Do I need to install anything on my servers?
Yes, a very lightweight agent is installed on each machine to be monitored. It collects metrics locally and transmits them to the status page. DINAO supports you in this setup: the agent is discreet, consumes few resources, and exposes no inbound services on your servers.
What does DINAO's managed service consist of?
DINAO deploys ServerStatus in an isolated Docker container and takes care of all operations: installation, updates, security patches, backups, availability monitoring, and French support. You have no server to administer: you add your machines and view your status page.
Can I receive alerts in case of issues?
Yes, starting from the Pro plan. ServerStatus can trigger real-time alerts via Telegram or a custom webhook when a server exceeds a threshold (CPU, load) or disconnects. You are notified immediately, before your users notice the incident.
