Are my screen sharing sessions secure?
Yes. Streams transit peer-to-peer via WebRTC, encrypted with DTLS-SRTP. Nothing is recorded or stored. When a direct connection is blocked by a firewall, the integrated TURN server relays the encrypted traffic without ever accessing it in plain text. The instance is further protected by authentication and a TLS certificate managed by DINAO.
Where are my data hosted with the DINAO offer?
Your Screego instance is hosted in a datacenter located in France and operated by DINAO. No data passes through a US SaaS service. This ensures GDPR compliance and the sovereignty of your sessions, exclusively under European jurisdiction.
How many users can share their screen at the same time?
Screego is multi-user: several participants can broadcast their screen in the same room simultaneously. The number of named users depends on the chosen offer (from 10 on the Discovery offer to an unlimited number on the Enterprise offer), and rooms are created on the fly without limits.
Do I have to manage the installation and updates myself?
No, that's the whole point of the DINAO managed offer. We handle the installation, TURN server configuration, TLS certificates, backups, and version upgrades. You simply access your instance and share your screen; the infrastructure and maintenance are entirely our responsibility.
