Relaticle is a modern open-source CRM (AGPL-3.0 license) built with Laravel 12 and Filament. It offers comprehensive customer relationship management — contacts, companies, opportunities, tasks — in a polished and fast interface, designed for sales teams who want to avoid vendor lock-in with traditional SaaS solutions.
Its key feature is its native support for AI agents: Relaticle exposes 30 MCP tools (Model Context Protocol) allowing an AI assistant like Claude or GPT to perform real operations on the CRM. It also includes a complete REST API and up to 22 types of custom fields to model any business process.

This application uses AI
The container hosts the application, not the AI engine (which requires dedicated GPUs) : inference is handled externally, with your own provider key. Prioritize a sovereign engine — Mistral AI, NumSpot, Scaleway, or OVHcloud AI Endpoints (France, GDPR) ; an international provider (OpenAI, Anthropic…) only if a specific capability requires it. Inference subscriptions are not included in hosting.

Where is my data hosted?
Exclusively in France, in our Marseille datacenter. No transfers outside the European Union, ensuring your GDPR compliance.
Do I need technical skills to get started?
No. DINAO installs, configures, updates, and monitors your instance. You receive a ready-to-use access and focus solely on your business activities.
Can I change my plan or export my data?
Yes, at any time. Since Relaticle is open-source with a complete REST API, you can export all your data. Plan changes are made without service interruption.
How do Relaticle's AI agents work?
