Your meeting surveys, hosted in France
A collaborative scheduling tool powered by Rallly, installed and maintained by DINAO. Find the best date for your meetings without entrusting your team's calendar to Doodle.
What is Rallly?
Rallly is an open-source collaborative meeting scheduling tool, a self-hosted alternative to services like Doodle. It allows you to propose several time slots to a group, let everyone vote based on their availability, and then easily decide on the date that suits the most people — without endless email back-and-forth.
The organizer creates a survey with several dates and times, shares a link (or sends email invitations), and visualizes the best slot in real time. Rallly handles time zones, sends notifications and reminders, offers a modern and multilingual interface, and imposes no account creation for participants. On the organizer side, accounts and a team space allow you to find and manage your surveys.
Unlike mainstream tools, Rallly managed by DINAO does not display any advertising and does not track your participants. The instance runs in a dedicated container hosted in France, with HTTPS, backups, and monitoring, in compliance with GDPR.

Technical details
You might be wondering…
How does Rallly differ from Doodle?
Rallly fulfills the same role — surveying availability to schedule a meeting — but on your own instance hosted in France, without advertising or tracking of your participants, and with your data staying with you.
Do participants need to create an account?
No. You share a simple link and everyone checks their availability without requiring an account. User accounts are useful on the organizer side to find and manage your surveys.
Does Rallly handle time zones?
Yes. Slots are displayed in each participant's time zone, which is convenient for meetings with speakers in several countries.
Where is the data hosted?
On DINAO's infrastructure in France, in one of the available datacenters, in a dedicated container. Surveys and details remain in France, compliant with GDPR.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. You change tiers based on the number of users and desired options (SSO, etc.), with no proprietary lock-in.
