What is QloApps?
QloApps is a free and open-source hotel management and booking software that allows you to launch an establishment in minutes. Built on the proven foundation of PrestaShop, it brings together in a single solution a Property Management System (PMS), a booking engine, and an attractive hotel website.
Natively multilingual and multicurrency, QloApps manages rooms, rates, availability, clients, invoices, and reports, and supports both online bookings and those taken at the reception. It integrates channel manager tools and benefits from the rich ecosystem of modules and themes inherited from PrestaShop.
From independent bed & breakfasts to hotel chains, QloApps offers a complete alternative to proprietary platforms: you take your bookings directly, without OTA commissions, while retaining full control over your data. Deployment via Docker makes it a simple solution to run on your own infrastructure.

Will I pay a commission on my bookings?
No. QloApps allows you to collect your bookings directly on your site, without OTA commissions. You only pay for your DINAO managed hosting and your payment gateway fees.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes. QloApps manages one or more hotels from a single back-office. The Chain plan is designed for multi-property groups.
Is it multilingual and multicurrency?
Yes, natively. You can create a site and booking engine in multiple languages and currencies, tailored to an international clientele.
Where is the data hosted?
On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Your travelers' data never leaves the country, an asset for GDPR compliance.
Do I need technical skills?
DINAO installs the instance, configures the domain, and manages updates. Hotel configuration (rooms, rates) is done via an admin interface; we support you in getting started.
