Your automated media library, hosted in France
The smart bridge between Plex, Sonarr and Radarr powered by Pulsarr, installed and maintained by DINAO. Every addition to your watchlist triggers acquisition—all on your French servers, under your control.
What is Pulsarr?
Pulsarr is an open source tool for monitoring Plex watchlists and real-time content acquisition. It bridges your Plex lists with your Sonarr and Radarr instances: every “Add to list” action performed directly in the Plex app becomes an automatic download request, with no secondary front-end, no separate login, and no per-user invitation.
Pulsarr monitors Plex in real time for Plex Pass users, and switches to regular polling for others. It then routes each title to the correct Sonarr or Radarr instance based on AND/OR rules that you define (genre, user, language, year, rating, or streaming service). It supports watchlist synchronization for you and your loved ones.
Approvals, per-user quotas, Discord/Apprise notifications, and Plex label synchronization run continuously, without relying on a home server that’s always on. Self-hosted at DINAO in France, Pulsarr keeps your watchlist data, permissions, and API keys under your control.

Technical details
You might be wondering…
What exactly does Pulsarr do?
Pulsarr connects your Plex watchlists to Sonarr and Radarr: as soon as a title is added to a watchlist, it is automatically routed to the correct acquisition instance, according to your rules. No need for a second tool or manual entry.
Do I need a Plex Pass subscription?
The real-time mode uses Plex Pass, but Pulsarr also works via regular polling for accounts without Plex Pass. Both modes synchronize your watchlists.
Can I use it with my family or friends?
Yes. Pulsarr supports multiple users, with individual quotas, approval workflows, and Discord or email notifications.
Are my API keys secure?
Yes. Hosted on your DINAO instance in France, your Sonarr/Radarr API keys, permissions, and watchlist data remain under your exclusive control.
Does my home server need to stay on?
No. By hosting Pulsarr at DINAO, approvals, quotas, and synchronizations run continuously, without relying on a home machine that’s left on.
