What is PufferPanel?

PufferPanel is a web-based, open-source game server management panel, licensed under Apache 2.0. It allows you to manage multiple game servers from a single centralized interface, whether for personal use, a small network, or a hosting provider.

The panel offers a real-time web console, integrated file management, SFTP access per server, OAuth2 authentication, and a multi-user permission system that allows delegating access to specific servers. While Minecraft is the most common use case, the architecture supports many game engines through customizable server templates.

Built with Go for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend, PufferPanel is actively maintained (over 100 versions released) and deployable via Docker. It serves as a lightweight, free alternative to proprietary game server management solutions.

Yes. Your panel and servers are isolated in a dedicated container. Your players' data (worlds, accounts, logs) is never shared with third parties.

Where are my panel and game servers hosted?

In our datacenter located in Marseille, France. Your data remains on national territory, in compliance with GDPR, with reduced latency for your European players.

Do I need technical skills to manage my servers?

No. PufferPanel offers an intuitive web interface to start, stop, and configure your servers. Installation, updates, and panel maintenance are handled by DINAO.

Can I change my plan or retrieve my worlds?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan based on the number of servers and players. Your worlds and configurations remain accessible via SFTP and can be fully exported at any time.

What games can I host with PufferPanel?
