PgHero is a performance dashboard for PostgreSQL, simple and efficient. It highlights slow queries, suggests indexes to create, and provides a set of health checks to keep your databases fast and reliable.

The tool relies on PostgreSQL's native statistics (notably pg_stat_statements) to display the most expensive queries, monitor connections, detect blocked queries, track table size, autovacuum, and disk space. Battle-tested at Instacart, it is widely adopted in production.
