Your private Pastebin, hosted in France
A modern Pastebin powered by Pastefy, installed and maintained by DINAO. Share code, logs, and notes with syntax highlighting — and client-side encryption for sensitive content.
What is Pastefy?
Pastefy is a feature-rich open-source Pastebin designed to replace public services like Pastebin or GitHub Gist with an instance you control. It offers syntax highlighting, raw mode, a copy button, forking a paste, and organization into folders.
It goes beyond simple text sharing: Markdown, Mermaid, SVG, CSV, diff, regex, Asciinema previews, REST API with JavaScript and Java SDKs, VS Code and Raycast extensions, and paste creation via curl to automate log sharing.
For privacy, Pastefy offers optional client-side encryption: content is encrypted in the browser before reaching the server. Authentication supports multiple providers (Google, GitHub, Discord, OIDC) that can be combined, and deployment is done cleanly via container.

Technical details
You might be wondering…
Are my pastes really private?
Yes. On your dedicated instance, nothing is public by default. For sensitive content, client-side encryption encrypts the paste in your browser : the server never sees the plaintext.
Can I authenticate with GitHub or Google?
Yes. Pastefy supports multiple providers (INTERAAPPS, Google, GitHub, Discord…) that can be activated simultaneously. OIDC authentication is also possible.
Is there an API?
Yes. Pastefy exposes a REST API, JavaScript and Java SDKs, VS Code and Raycast extensions, and paste creation via curl. Useful for automating log or snippet sharing.
Where are the data hosted?
On DINAO's infrastructure in France, in one of the available datacenters. Your pastes never leave the territory.
Can I export my pastes?
Yes. Your data remains exportable via the API — no proprietary lock-in.
