What is OpnForm?

OpnForm is an open source, no-code form builder, designed as a self-hostable alternative to Typeform, JotForm, and Google Forms. Without writing a single line of code, you can assemble elegant forms with an unlimited number of fields and responses: text, email, date, phone, checkboxes, lists and multi-select, star ratings, file uploads, and more.

OpnForm covers the entire lifecycle of a form: conditional logic and logical jumps, dynamic fields, email notifications, webhooks, and embed integration on your site. Submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database.

On the technical side, the platform relies on a robust Laravel backend serving a modern Vue.js interface, all published under the AGPLv3 open source license. Hosted by DINAO in France, OpnForm allows you to collect data while maintaining full control over responses, in compliance with GDPR.
