Your media library request portal
Provide your users with a simple interface to request movies, series, and music on your Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby server. DINAO hosts and maintains your Ombi instance — on our French servers.
What is Ombi?
Ombi is a content request portal self-hosted designed for personal and shared media libraries. It provides users of a Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby server with a user-friendly web interface to browse, discover, and request movies, TV series, and music, without needing to contact the administrator for each request.
Once a request is approved, Ombi automatically forwards it to Sonarr (series), Radarr (movies), or Lidarr (music) for download and processing. Users can track the progress of their requests and receive a notification as soon as the content is available, via email, Discord, Telegram, or mobile notification.
On the administration side, Ombi offers account and role management, approval workflows, an automated invitation system, and a homepage displaying the server status. It is the ideal tool for structuring and automating the request lifecycle within a community.

Technical details
You might be wondering…
Does Ombi replace my Plex or Jellyfin server?
No. Ombi is a request portal that connects to your existing media server (Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby). It facilitates user requests and forwards them to your download tools.
Do I need Sonarr and Radarr to use Ombi?
It's not mandatory, but that's the whole point: connected to Sonarr and Radarr, Ombi fully automates the processing of approved requests.
Where are the data hosted?
On the DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available datacenters. Accounts and request history never leave the territory.
Can I control who requests what?
Yes. Ombi offers fine-grained role and quota management, as well as an approval workflow: you approve or reject each request according to your rules.
Is Ombi still maintained?
Ombi is a mature project in maintenance mode. It remains fully functional; for an actively developed alternative, solutions like Overseerr/Jellyseerr exist — let us know if you need.
