KitchenOwl is a self-hosted shopping list and recipe manager, designed for families or shared housing. Lists are shared and synchronized in real time among household members: everyone adds their items from their phone, and everyone sees the list update instantly.

The app offers smart suggestions for frequently purchased items, storage of your recipes with ingredients added to the list in one click, a weekly meal planning calendar, and optional tracking of shared expenses. The household management feature allows you to separate different contexts.

KitchenOwl comes with mobile apps (Android/iOS) that connect to your instance. Containerized, it deploys via Docker and is perfectly suited for managed and sovereign hosting — DINAO handles installation, updates, and monitoring.
