Manage your Kafka clusters, hosted in France
The reference open-source web interface for Apache Kafka, installed and maintained by DINAO. Visualize brokers, topics, and messages — your console stays on our French servers.
What is Kafbat Kafka UI?
Kafbat Kafka UI is an open-source web interface for administering and observing Apache Kafka clusters. It makes your data streams observable, helps find and fix incidents faster, and carries on the legacy of the "UI for Apache Kafka" project, now maintained by the Kafbat team (with recognition of Provectus' work).
Its lightweight dashboard tracks key metrics — brokers, topics, partitions, production, and consumption. It offers topic inspection (partitioning, replication, configurations), message viewing, support for managed Kafka (Azure EventHub, Google Cloud, AWS MSK), and custom SerDe (AWS Glue, Smile, or custom plugins).
On the governance side, Kafbat provides role-based access control (RBAC), data masking for sensitive data, and API documentation via Swagger UI. It deploys via a ready-to-use Docker image, ideal for managed and sovereign hosting.

You might be wondering…
What is Kafbat Kafka UI?
It is an open-source web interface for administering and observing your Apache Kafka clusters. It carries on the legacy of the UI for Apache Kafka project, now maintained by the Kafbat team.
Which Kafka versions are supported?
Classic Kafka clusters as well as managed services: Azure EventHub, Google Cloud Managed Service for Apache Kafka, and AWS MSK.
How to protect sensitive data?
Kafbat offers role-based access control (RBAC) and data masking, which obfuscates sensitive data in topic messages — useful for confidentiality and compliance.
Is my interface private?
Yes. Your Kafbat console is dedicated and hosted in France, in an isolated container, with HTTPS on your domain and SSO/OIDC access depending on the plan.
Can I view and search for messages?
Yes. You can inspect topics (partitions, replication, configuration), view and search for messages, and track consumer groups, with support for custom SerDe.
