What is ITFlow?

ITFlow is a free and open-source platform designed for managed service providers (MSPs). It brings together the three pillars of the business in a unified system: documentation, ticketing, and billing — eliminating the need to juggle multiple tools and subscriptions.

For documentation, ITFlow centralizes all client knowledge: assets, contacts, domains, licenses, and a password vault. The support module offers a complete ticketing system with a client portal. Billing handles quotes, recurring invoices, automatic reminders, and online card payments via Stripe, with detailed financial reporting.

Born in 2018 from an open-source-focused MSP, ITFlow has matured into a stable platform adopted by an active community. The project now integrates AI support, offering a choice between self-hosted and private options (Ollama, LocalAI) or external services, to assist with ticket, documentation, and invoice drafting while preserving data sovereignty.

Yes. ITFlow brings together IT documentation, ticketing, and billing in a single platform, whereas most MSPs juggle three separate software tools and subscriptions.

Can I charge my clients online?

Yes, via the Stripe integration. Recurring invoices, quotes, and automatic reminders are included, with card payments processed directly from the client portal.

Where is the data hosted?

On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Your clients' documentation and passwords never leave the country.

Does the integrated AI send my data outside?

Not necessarily. ITFlow supports self-hosted AI (Ollama, LocalAI) to remain 100% sovereign, or an external API if you prefer. The choice is yours.

Can I change plans or export my data?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your data remains exportable — no proprietary lock-in.
