IT Tools is an open-source web toolbox bringing together more than eighty practical utilities for developers, system administrators, and IT professionals. Base64 or URL encoding, hash generation and verification, JWT manipulation, JSON formatting, color and date conversion, UUID, password, and QR code generation, network tools, and regular expressions: everything is gathered in a single, clear, and fast interface.
The application is designed for privacy: the vast majority of processing runs directly in the browser, without sending your data over the network. This is a major asset when handling secrets, tokens, or keys that you certainly don't want to paste into a free public site.
Lightweight and built with modern web technologies (Vue.js), IT Tools installs in seconds and serves as a daily Swiss Army knife. Self-hosted with DINAO, it becomes the shared reference tool for your entire technical team, with no dependency on external services.

You might be wondering…
Why host IT Tools when free sites exist?
Because pasting a JWT token, private key, or secret into a free public site exposes it. With your private instance, these sensitive data stay with you and never transit through a third-party server.
What tools are available?
More than 80: encoders/decoders (Base64, URL), crypto (hash, HMAC, bcrypt, JWT), generators (UUID, passwords, QR codes), converters (colors, dates, units), formatters (JSON, XML, SQL), network and regex tools, among others.
Do the tools work offline?
Most processing runs directly in your browser, with the instance mainly serving the application. This enhances privacy: your data is not sent over the network for the majority of operations.
Can I restrict access to my team?
Yes. Access can be restricted by IP or placed behind a reverse-proxy with authentication / SSO, so that only authorized collaborators can use the instance.
Where is the instance hosted?
On DINAO's French infrastructure, in one of the available datacenters. No data is transmitted outside your instance.
