What is HortusFox?

HortusFox is a collaborative and open source (MIT license) plant management and tracking system that you host in your own environment. You add your plants with their characteristics and photos, assign them to a location, and have a dashboard that shows all important information at a glance.

The tool goes beyond simple inventory: a alert system indicates which plants require special care, tasks and a calendar help plan watering and maintenance, and an inventory management system tracks equipment and necessary products.

HortusFox is designed for teamwork: authentication, collaborative chat, and a history log allow a team or collective to communicate and trace every action. Self-hosted on your DINAO instance, all your data remains in France, under your control.
