What is Hoppscotch?

Hoppscotch is a lightweight and fast open-source API development platform, often presented as an alternative to Postman. Accessible directly from the browser, it allows you to design, send, and test requests without heavy installation on your workstation, while remaining pleasant and productive.

It covers a wide range of protocols: REST, GraphQL, WebSocket, Server-Sent Events, Socket.IO, and MQTT. You can manage environments and variables, test scripts, request history, import/export (Postman, OpenAPI), and generate client code in many languages.

Designed for teams, Hoppscotch offers workspaces and shared collections, SSO / OIDC authentication, and role management. Self-hosted on your DINAO infrastructure, it keeps your endpoints, tokens, and API secrets under your control, without dependency on an external cloud service.
