What is GLPI?
GLPI (Gestionnaire Libre de Parc Informatique) is a leading open-source solution for IT asset management and IT service management (ITSM). It combines hardware and software inventory, an ITIL-compliant helpdesk (tickets, incidents, requests, SLAs), as well as contract, license, and vendor management into a single application.
Thanks to its inventory agent, GLPI automatically discovers and keeps your fleet up to date: workstations, servers, network equipment, and installed software. A knowledge base, statistics, reservation management, and a notification system complete the suite for effective IT department management.
Extensible via a REST API and hundreds of plugins, compatible with LDAP/Active Directory and SSO authentication, GLPI adapts to both SMEs and large organizations. Self-hosted with DINAO, it keeps all your infrastructure data within French territory.

On DINAO infrastructure in France, in one of our available data centers. Your infrastructure data never leaves the country.
Are technical skills required?
DINAO handles installation, the database, and updates. Functional configuration (ticket categories, workflows) remains accessible to administrators via the interface.
Can I change plans or export my data?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your data remains exportable (CSV, PDF, API) — no proprietary lock-in.
