What is Formbricks?

Formbricks is an open-source survey and experience management platform, positioned as a privacy-friendly alternative to Typeform and Qualtrics. It allows you to create elegant surveys and distribute them in-app, on a website, via a shareable link, or by email, to collect feedback from users and customers at every stage of their journey.

Its targeting engine relies on fine-grained user segmentation and event-based triggers: the right survey is shown to the right person at the right time. Conditional logic, question chaining, and visual customization are part of the experience.

Distributed under the AGPLv3 license and self-hostable via Docker, Formbricks integrates into your ecosystem through an API, webhooks, and a web SDK. Designed privacy-first, it keeps all responses under your control.
