What is Form.io?
Form.io is a productivity platform for developers, focused on creating dynamic forms and generating REST APIs. Thanks to a drag-and-drop builder, you visually design complex forms based on a JSON schema, with submission, retrieval, and management endpoints created automatically.
The platform includes comprehensive management of collected data, with submission storage, revisions, conflict control, offline mode, e-signatures, translations, email integration, automatic accessibility, and audit logging. Since everything is API-driven, forms can connect to any system — internal, cloud, third-party, or legacy — to move data in real time.
Designed for enterprise, Form.io deploys fully within your environment, from a private data center to a simple Docker container, while keeping the same builder, API generation, and rendering libraries as the hosted offering. Role-based access control and SSO/OIDC complete the solution.

No. Form.io automatically generates REST endpoints for every form you create. You design the form using drag-and-drop, and the submission API is immediately available.
Can I connect my forms to existing tools?
Yes. Since everything is API-driven, you can connect your forms to your CRM, internal systems, or third-party services via webhooks and REST calls, in real time.
Where is the data hosted?
On DINAO's infrastructure in France, in one of the available data centers. Your forms and submissions never leave the country.
Do I need technical skills?
To design forms, no: the builder is visual. DINAO handles installation, the database, and updates. Your developers can then fully leverage the API and SSO.
Can I change plans or export my data?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your form schemas and submissions remain exportable — no proprietary lock-in.
