Overview

What is FlexGet?

FlexGet is a free multi-purpose automation tool dedicated to the automated management of content: TV series, movies, podcasts, comics, and more. It continuously monitors a wide variety of sources — RSS feeds, HTML pages, CSV files, search engines — and applies your criteria to keep only what interests you.

Configuration is based on a clear, versionable YAML file where you define your tasks, filters (quality, language, duplicate removal, wish lists), and actions. FlexGet then controls your download clients (Transmission, Deluge, qBittorrent) and integrates with the Sonarr, Radarr, and Trakt ecosystem for end-to-end automation.

Robust and extensible thanks to its plugin system, FlexGet features a web interface, an API, and a task scheduler. Written in Python, it deploys easily in a Docker container and runs continuously without intervention.
